“ I'm always looking for great Indian food while on business travel because it's expensive and I'm not paying. Landed on Pink Garlic since it wasn't too far from my airport hotel. Placed my order for pickup on their website, pretty easy and straight forward with no random fees, just sales tax (not guaranteed these days). I arrived to find a small dining area with super friendly staff. Just a few minutes and my order was ready, perfectly packaged. What I had was tremendously delicious. Lamb Biryani was excellent but the star was the butter chicken. Incredibly delicious! Also the momo and the onion bhaji were amazing. The garlic naan was good, not the best I've had though. I found the food so great I ordered here two days in a row. I also found the prices to be exceptionally reasonable. I would definitely return. ”
“ They offer a delicious selection of authentic Indian dishes. We tried the mixed appetizer, lamb biryani, and butter chicken--my personal favorite--and everything was fantastic. Pink Garlic is a great spot for authentic Indian cuisine, and according to their website, they are also halal. Definitely worth a visit! ”
“ Yo, these guys can cook! Atmosphere: The dining area is clean and comfortable. For the size of the location it feels like you are in a high class place. Food: Exceptional! This is gourmet quality Indian cuisine. The food was flavorful and rich, exactly what you would expect from a master chef. The naan was some of the best that I have had. Service: The people were extremely warm and friendly. We were welcomed and Ray even introduced himself to us. Overall: We have found our local place now! We will be frequenting this location as much as possible. You have to go here! ”
“ wondering why this place is still not on spotlight? perhaps new or smaller size !! nevertheless, every time we had great experience at Pink Garlic downriver. quality food, top notch service, on time efficiently and more importantly, they are super consistent. please make sure if the wait is longer they will inform you over the phone or while ordering online. they are popular busy place. try out everything but ask for your spice choice. Tandori mix, butter chicken and Garlic naan with mango lassi are my top fav. ”
“ We normally get Butter Chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala whenever we are trying a new Indian Restaurant to compare restaurants. The sauces were both very flavorful and creamy. I loved this Tikka Masala sauce and my husband loved the Butter Chicken sauce better. Both sauces were probably #1/#2 best restaurants sauces we've had. We also tried the plain naan, garlic naan, and garlic and cheese naan. This was probably the best naan we've had - they were super fluffy and satisfying. I also felt like they have a good portion for each naan as well. Service was great, very polite and fast. We will definitely be back! ”
“ What a fantastic addition to a growing list of excellent Allen Park restaurants! The menu is packed with delicious options for any pallet. Delicious meat dishes, flavor loaded vegetarian items, even kid friendly classics. My husband and I have tried nearly everything, both through carry out and dining in. These are our favorites so far: Lamb Rogan Lamb Korma Butter Chicken Chicken Manchurian (spicy and good) Saag Paneer Tarka Dal Helpful hints: Dal = lentils Gobi = cauliflower Aloo = potato Paneer = cubed cheese with a texture like tofu Dining in gives you the option to choose your spice level. Personally, medium is just right, but mild is for beginners and almost all carryout orders are made mild. There are no tap water or free refills on soda. Water is available bottled. They are always short on ice if you like your beverage really cold, you're out of luck... I want them to get an ice machine soooo bad. The service is always with a smile and we just love this place so much and are so glad they are so conveniently located. Try them out! If you're not sure what to order, they will help you out with a wonderful recommendation. ”
“ Our first visit - but it definitely won't be our last. We tried the garlic soup first - delicious with creamy lemongrass broth and ground chicken. We got the #10 appetizer- samosas, pakora, chicken tikka & tandoori chiwith 3 dipping sauces - mint, mango and tarragon. So flavorful we got 4 chicken wings- fried very delicately . No sauce. Very good..garlic and cheese naan . To drink -mango lasso . Ice water was smart bottle and we got a nice hot towel to wash our hands service was a 10 -Sam and Mika I think. The customer s were like family- we shared our menu items . So fun ”
“ My family and I recently dined at pink garlic for Mother's Day dinner. Service was quick we had made reservations a week before and when we arrived we were seated quickly. It's a very cute little place and as we were seated we realized they had many customers that were returning ( always a good signs), they were very busy for a Sunday evening also (another good sign). Our server was very attentive and quick. We ordered many items as we were a big group, so I'll listen them below: Starters: tandoori chicken full 10/10 Chicken shashlik 10/10 Momo 10/10 Samosa 10/10 Main entree: chicken tikka masala 10/10 Chicken madras 10/10 Saag paneer 8/10 ( too much cream) Veg korma 8/10 ( way to creamy) Chicken tikka biryani 10/10 Chicken tikka wrap 9/10 ( wasn't fond of the sweet taste) Garlic naan 10/10 Naan 10/10 Dessert: pistachio kulfi 10/10 Malai kulfi Ras malai 10000/10 (show stopper) Drinks: mango lassi 8/10 ( to much yogurt flavor) Overall this is definitely one of the best Indian places to go to for Indian food. Food was extremely good and fresh. Service was top notch. Can't wait to go back and try other thing Parking is available on the side ”
